Why does it take so long?
Every piece is made after you order it. Nothing is sitting in a warehouse. Production is 2–7 business days, then shipping on top. It is slower than buying off a shelf, and it means nothing is made that nobody wanted.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — on orders of $180 or more within the United States, applied automatically at checkout. No code needed. Below that, shipping is calculated by weight.
Where do you ship?
Currently within the United States.
Can I return something?
Because pieces are made to order, we do not take change-of-mind returns. If anything arrives damaged, flawed, or wrong, we replace it or refund you — see Returns & Exchanges.
Can I cancel?
Within 2 hours of ordering, before production starts.
How do the sizes run?
Relaxed. Check the size guide — those are flat garment measurements, so you can compare against something you already own. Swim is sized separately and runs S to 5XL, with US and Euro equivalents listed.
Will the print fade?
The prints are dyed into the fabric, not pressed on top. Wash cold, inside out, hang dry, and they will outlast the garment.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Not always. Different pieces are made in different facilities, so a multi-item order often arrives separately. Each parcel ships on its own, so below the $180 threshold you will see a shipping charge for each one — itemised at checkout before you pay. At $180 and above, all of them are free.
Do you restock?
Made to order means nothing sells out in the usual sense. Pieces are retired when a drop closes, and they do not come back.
