Refund Policy

Every Maison Minuit piece is made to order. Production begins after you place your order, and nothing is made in advance. For that reason we do not accept returns for change of mind.

We will replace or refund if

Your item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong item, size or colour
The print is misaligned, faded or otherwise flawed

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at theteam@maisonmuinit.com with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the original item.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, before production begins. After production starts the order cannot be cancelled.

Sizing

Please consult our size guide before ordering. Because each piece is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for a different size once production has begun.
