Shipping Policy

Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

Free shipping threshold

Orders with a subtotal of $180 or more ship free within the United States. The discount is applied automatically at checkout and covers every parcel in the order, including orders that ship from more than one facility. No code is required.

Production time

All items are made to order. Production takes 2-7 business days before your order ships.

Delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the facility each item is made in. The delivery estimate for each parcel is displayed beside it before payment.

Total time from order to delivery, as a guide: most items roughly 5-14 business days; accessories roughly 4-10 business days; all-over-print swimwear roughly 9-16 business days.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, contact theteam@maisonmuinit.com.

Split shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate parcels from different production facilities. Each parcel is rated separately, so on orders below the $180 threshold a shipping charge applies to each parcel. All charges are itemised at checkout before payment. On orders of $180 or more, all shipping charges are waived.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
