The short version
Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns simply for a change of mind. We will always make it right if something arrives wrong.
We will replace or refund if
- The item arrived damaged or flawed
- You received the wrong item, size or colour
- The print is misaligned or defective
Write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund you, your choice. You do not need to ship the original back.
Sizing
Check the size guide before ordering. Because pieces are made to order, we cannot exchange for a different size after the fact. If you are between sizes, tell us before you order and we will advise.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering, before production starts. After that the piece is already being made.
