1. Overview

This website is operated by Maison Minuit. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products

All products are made to order. Colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the finished garment due to monitor calibration and the nature of textile printing. Minor variations in print placement are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion. Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, before production begins.

5. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and measurements are accurate. We do not warrant that descriptions, pricing or other content is error-free, complete or current.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, prints, patterns, monograms, imagery and written content on this site are the property of Maison Minuit and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Maison Minuit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
