Free shipping over $180
Orders with a subtotal of $180 or more ship free within the United States — however many parcels the order arrives in. It is applied automatically at checkout; there is no code.

Made to order
Every piece is made after you order it. Production takes 2–7 business days before your parcel ships. This is not a delay — it is how the house works.
Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and where each piece is made. The estimate for each parcel is shown next to it before you pay.
As a guide, from the day you order to the day it arrives:
- Most pieces — roughly 5–14 business days
- Accessories (caps, totes, the weekender) — roughly 4–10 business days
- Swim — roughly 9–16 business days. All-over-print swimwear is cut and sewn to order and takes longer than anything else we make.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel ships. If it has been more than 7 business days and you have not heard from us, write to us.
Multiple parcels
Orders with several pieces often arrive in more than one parcel, because different items are made in different facilities. Each parcel is shipped separately, so below the $180 threshold you will see a shipping charge for each one. Every charge is itemised at checkout before you pay, and at $180 and above they all go to zero.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address carefully. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
